The acquisition brings Nรคckโ€™s supplement portfolio into GABITโ€™s ecosystem, which already includes a smart ring, AI-led health coaching, diagnostics, and longevity-focused skincare. Post-acquisition, Nรคckโ€™s supplements will be embedded into GABITโ€™s platform, allowing users to track how supplement intake impacts measurable outcomes such as sleep quality, recovery, and metabolic health. Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Arpana Shahi, GABIT operates a full-stack health platform centred on four areas: fitness, sleep, stress, and nutrition. Its titanium smart ring tracks health metrics continuously, while its software layer converts this data into personalised recommendations around activity, recovery, and diet. The company also integrates blood tests, smart scales, and CGM data, allowing users to monitor over 150 health markers in one place. Nรคck, founded in Sweden, focuses on clean, science-backed supplements designed around recommended dietary allowances. Its products are tested against banned substances and are positioned for both athletes and everyday users. The combined offering allows users to identify gaps through tracking and diagnostics, take targeted supplements, and observe results directly through ongoing data.

Former Zomato executive Mohit Gupta and Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal have raised $26 million in seed funding for their omnichannel fashion startup Lyskraft. The investment will be used to build an online marketplace for premium brands, starting with women's fashion and expanding into other lifestyle categories. The funding round was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from investors such as Prosus, Sofina, and DST Global. Gupta will serve as the CEO of Lyskraft, while Bansal will be a strategic advisor and shareholder. The company aims to capture a significant portion of India's premium fashion market, which is estimated to be worth billions of dollars.

Gaming startup LightFury Games has raised $8.5 million in its Seed round led by Blume Ventures. The round also saw participation from Japanese mobile entertainment firm Mixi and micro venture capital firm Gemba Capital, angel investors such as Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal. The proceeds will be used to build AAA titles with an initial focus on mobile games and later expand to other platforms, including consoles. AAA games are titles that typically have big budgets for both development and marketing purposes. Floated by former Unacademy and Tencent Games executive Karan Shroff, Tina Balachandran and gaming industry veteran Anurag Banerjee, the startup has also roped in former Improbable and Electronic Arts executive Chong-U Lim as its chief technology officer (CTO) and long-time Improbable executive Daniel Hall as the companyโ€™s senior director of engineering. Chief executive Shroff left Unacademy in September 2022 after a three-year stint at the edtech unicorn. Previously, he also served as the head of brand marketing for Xiaomi India for more than four years. Apart from investing in game development, the funds raised will be used to establish game studios in India and in the UK and hire top talent for these studios.
