Former Zomato COO Surobhi Das teams up with Deepinder Goyal for aerospace startup

Former Zomato executive Surobhi Das has partnered with Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal to launch LAT Aerospace, an aerospace startup. Goyal is investing $20 million as a non-executive cofounder, while Das manages daily operations. The startup aims to create low-cost short takeoff and landing aircraft for regional connectivity. Currently in stealth mode, LAT Aerospace is seeking $50 million in seed funding and hiring engineers to compete with aerospace giants like ATR and Bombardier.
