The Snabbit’s board passed a special resolution to approve the issuance of 54,876 Series C CCPS at an issue price of Rs 48,377 apiece to raise the above-mentioned sum, its regulatory filing accessed from Registrar of Companies (RoC) shows. As per the filing, Bertelsmann will lead the round with an investment of Rs 135.39 crore ($15.38 million). Existing investors Lightspeed and Elevation Capital will each contribute Rs 53 crore ($6 million), while Nexus Venture Partners will invest Rs 23.89 crore to increase its stake in the company. The proceeds from the funding will be used to meet its working capital needs and capital expenditure to sustain growth, expand its user base in India, and address general corporate purposes, the filing added. According to Entrackr’s estimates, Snabbit’s valuation is set to surge over 2X to Rs 1,516 crore ($172 million) from $80 million in its Series B round. Notably, the company was valued at $23 million post its Series A round in January this year. Founded in 2024 by Aayush Agarwal, Snabbit is an on-demand home services platform that connects households with trained professionals for tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry. Users can book experts by the hour, with service providers arriving within 10 minutes. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Snabbit had raised around $25 million prior to this round. Following the latest allotment, new investor Bertelsmann will hold an 8.5% stake in the company, while Nexus Venture Partners will remain the largest external shareholder with a 21.24% stake. Elevation Capital and Lightspeed will own 19.93% and 14.79% stakes, respectively. Snabbit directly competes with industry leader Urban Company, which was recently listed on Indian stock exchanges. It also faces competition from Pronto, a ten-minute house help service startup that raised $11 million in a round co-led by General Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital.

According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, StackBox has raised over $2 million, including a $1.2 million seed round led by Ecosystem Ventures in August 2021. For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the Bengaluru-based company posted a profit of Rs 6 crore on operating revenue of Rs 25.7 crore. Its FY25 numbers are yet to be disclosed.

Entrackr estimates the company’s post-money valuation at around $550 million, a 2.7X increase from its previous round. Queries sent to Miko on Friday did not receive any response until the story was published. Miko.ai runs on a hybrid model, selling AI-powered robots such as Miko Mini and Miko 3 priced in the Rs 15,000–25,000 range, while also pushing its premium subscription Miko Max to drive recurring revenues beyond device sales. The company claims to serve customers in over 140 countries, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East. So far, Miko has raised over $75 million (excluding this round), including a $29 million Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. According to the filing, AMDG-PAX Foundation will hold 27.87% (post-allotment) of the firm. While Miko’s Indian entity has yet to file its FY25 annual report, its revenue from operations grew 58% to Rs 358 crore in FY24, compared to Rs 225 crore in FY23. The board at House of Rare has passed a special resolution to allot 23,073 preference shares at an issue price of Rs 21,670 each to raise Rs 50 crore (approximately $6 million), its regulatory filing sourced from the Registrar of Companies shows. In January, the company raised its authorized share capital, citing the need for funds to support expansion and working capital requirements, according to a separate resolution. Following the fresh process, A91 Partners' stake in the company has been increased to 14.17% compared to 9.65% in its previous round. According to Entrackr's estimates, the funding came at a flat valuation of $279 million for the Bengaluru-based company. Rare Rabbit is a premium fashion brand known for its designer clothing for men and women. With a presence in over 100 stores across India, the brand also offers its collections through its online store. Rare Rabbit showcased a 69% revenue growth from Rs 376 crore in FY23 to Rs 636 crore in FY24. Moreover, the company's profits surged over 2X to Rs 74.6 crore in FY24, compared to Rs 32.2 crore in FY23. Rare Rabbit competes with brands like Souled Store, which raised around $30 million and achieved a revenue of Rs 355 crore in FY24. Its other competitors Snitch and WROGN also raised $13 million and $15 million in December 2023 and June respectively.

Education-focused non-banking financial corporation (NBFC) Auxilo has secured Rs 100 crore (approximately $12 million) in a debt financing round. The board at Auxilo has issued non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at an issue price of Rs 1,00,000 each to raise Rs 100 crore ($12 million), its regulatory filing accessed from the Registrar of Companies (RoC) shows. Dezerv Securities pumped in Rs 26.39 crore while MAS Financial Services and CredAvenue Securities (Yubi) participated with Rs 25 crore each. The balance amount will be released by the investors soon. The NCDs issued to MAS Financial and CredAvenue (Yubi) have a tenure of 36 months with an interest rate of 9.65%, while the debentures issued to Dezerv have a tenure of 29 months with an annual coupon rate of 9.90%. The development coincides with Auxilo’s $33.6 million round led by private equity firm LeapFrog Investments. As per Auxilo, LeapFrog invested $30 million while Trifecta Leaders Fund-I and Xponentia Opportunities Fund-II pumped in the remaining capital. The current debt funding appears to be separate from the recent announcement. Auxilo has raised around $145 million across equity and debt since its inception including a $57 million funding round led by Tata Capital Growth in July last year. Established in 2017, Auxilo offers student loans for pursuing education within India or abroad. It also extends loans to educational institutions for infrastructure and working capital requirements. Since its inception, Auxilo claims to have provided education loans to over 12,000 students, across more than 1,100 universities and education institutes in over 30 countries. In the next 5 years, it aims to disburse Rs 25,000 crore worth loan to more than 150,000 students in India and overseas. The New Delhi-based company demonstrated strong financial performance, achieving over 2X year-on-year growth to reach Rs 174 crore in FY23. Moreover, its profits doubled to Rs 26 crore in FY23. The company is yet to file its annual results for FY24.

Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund will be injecting Rs 45 crore and Rs 35 crore, respectively, and the remaining Rs 10 crore will be invested by Usha Dalmia Trust. The company will use the proceeds to cover operational costs, including hiring, marketing, general corporate purposes, and other expenses as outlined in the business plan, as per the filing. Apart from equity capital, Giva also raised Rs 30 crore in debt from Alteria Capital, a separate filing shows. The company has also increased its ESOP pool by 15,853 equity shares worth Rs 41 crore, taking the total pool value to Rs 203 crore ($24 million). According to Entrackr’s estimates, the company’s valuation will stand at around Rs 3,950 crore ($465 million), marking a 2X increase from the previous funding round of Rs 255 crore. Founded in 2019, Giva originally launched as an affordable jewelry brand, has expanded into gold jewelry and lab-grown diamonds. Led by Ishendra Agarwal, the company now operates around 150 physical stores across India, alongside its website and app, and has adopted a franchise-led model to further expand its reach. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, the Bengaluru-based company has raised over $85 million to date. Prior to this round, founder Ishendra Aggarwal held a 25.10% stake, while Premji Invest owned 17.13%, India Quotient 13.38%, and A91 Partners 9.58%. For the fiscal year ended March 2024, the jewelry brand’s operating revenue grew 66% to Rs 274 crore from Rs 165 crore in FY23. However, its losses grew over 30% to Rs 59 crore during the same period. Giva competes with several notable players, including Bluestone, which filed its DRHP for Rs 1,000 crore IPO, CaratLane, Melorra, and a range of other funded and family-led physical and omnichannel brands.

Exclusive: 60-min fashion delivery startup Slikk to raise $10 Mn led by Nexus Slikk, a fashion delivery platform promising 60-minute delivery, is all set to raise another funding round following its recent seed investment, sources familiar with the matter told Entrackr. "Nexus is spearheading a $10 million funding round at a $40 million valuation," said one of the sources. "The deal has already been finalized, and existing investors are expected to participate." On Tuesday, Slikk announced $3.2 million seed round led by Lightspeed with participation from Multiply Ventures and angel investors including Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn), Abhinav Pathak (Perpule), Madhav Tandan, Nikhil (Panthera), and Saurabh Gupta (DST Global). Slikk targets young, impulse-driven shoppers, including students, professionals, and trend-savvy urbanites influenced by social media. Over the next five years, it plans to expand into tier I and tier II cities, offering 60-minute fashion delivery while diversifying into seven-plus lifestyle categories. The startup features more than 80 brands, including Snitch, The Souled Store, Freakins, Uptownie, Off Duty, Bonkers, and Bewakoof. "Quick commerce is trending, and investors have recently shown strong interest in the fashion segment. With Myntra introducing a 30-minute delivery service for fashion and beauty products, more startups are likely to follow suit and seek funding,” said another source. Slikk declined to comment on the story while queries sent to Nexus did not elicit an immediate response.
