Enterprise tech startup Beacon.li has raised $7 million in its Series A round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Athera Venture Partners, JAFCO Asia, Unicorn India Ventures, and angel investors including Capillary Technologies founder Aneesh Reddy, Rapido co-founder Aravind Sanka, and Kapil Bharti. The proceeds will be used to expand AI capabilities, increase global presence, and boost enterprise automation. Founded in 2023 by Silus Reddy and Rakesh Vaddadi, Beacon.li offers AI-driven product assistants for enterprise software support, integrating with systems to automate processes and answer queries. Customers include Darwinbox, Zluri, Keka HR, and Planful. Co-founded by former KKR India head Sanjay Nayar, Sorin Investments closed its maiden fund at Rs 1,350 crore in May last year.

Agri-supply chain startup Bull Agritech has raised $100,000 in a new funding round from Akassh Patel and Nilesh Bhalala (BuilditIndia founders), Shashin Patel (SCC Infrastructure, MD), and others. The startup has raised a total of Rs 1.5 crore in the last four months as part of the pre-seed round. Founded by Hit Desai, Bull Agritech is an agri-supply chain startup focussed on creating a commodity supply chain by using technology and their network of farmers and commodity processors. According to Bull Agritech, the funds will be used to expand into new regions, double the number of collection centers and broaden commodity portfolios. It will also onboard talent to drive operational efficiency and innovation. The startup claims to have facilitated trades worth Rs 35 crore in the last 24 months, with over 6,000 farmers choosing to sell their crops through Bull instead of relying on local APMCs. It reported 200% year-on-year growth, and is committed to sustaining 25% month-on-month growth.

AI services startup Aivar has raised $4.6 million in a Seed funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. The funding will be used to expand Aivar’s presence across India, the US, and the Middle East, while continuing to invest in its AI accelerators, senior talent, and global delivery capabilities, the company said in a press release. Founded in 2024 by Kousik Rajendran, Praveen Jayakumar, Ashwin Ram Ravichandran, and Aadharsh Ayappan, Aivar is an AI-focused technology services company. It works with startups, technology-intensive firms, and enterprises on AI projects, and has AWS validation along with early productized accelerators across voice, data, and AI/ML workloads. In under a year of operations, Aivar says it has grown to more than 80 customers, working with startups and enterprises to move AI initiatives from experimentation to production. The company operates as an end-to-end AI studio, offering strategy consulting, custom AI solution development, and managed AI operations. It has developed proprietary accelerators, including Convogent AI for multilingual conversational and voice applications, Velogent AI for agentic process automation in regulated workflows, and Kubogent AI for Kubernetes-based infrastructure to host AI workloads. Aivar focuses on addressing gaps in enterprise AI adoption through custom AI engineering and internal accelerators. One example includes the use of its Velogent accelerator by a logistics SaaS firm to automate contract and invoice workflows, with the initial deployment completed in 6–8 weeks. Going forward, the company aims to support wider use of AI across enterprise workflows, with an emphasis on automation and operational efficiency.
