Choose your language as CDSL launches multi-lingual initiatives for users

The Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) has introduced two multi-lingual initiatives to enhance accessibility for users. As part of the "Apka CAS – Apki Zubaani" initiative, investors can now receive Consolidated Account Statements (CAS) in their preferred language, with support for 23 Indian languages. Additionally, a multi-lingual chatbot called "CDSL Buddy Sahayta 24*7" has been implemented on the CDSL website to assist investors in four languages. The company also demonstrated its commitment to cybersecurity and financial literacy through a thought leadership report and a pan-India financial literacy campaign.
