Chip startup Rivos says Apple intimidates workers who ‘dare to leave’

Chip startup Rivos is counter-suing Apple, alleging that the tech giant enforces restrictive agreements preventing employees from working elsewhere, stifling emerging companies that hire its staff. Rivos and six ex-Apple employees are asking the court to rule Apple's non-disclosure and non-solicit agreements as "overbroad" and unenforceable.
