Blinkit launches easy returns and exchanges

Zomato's quick commerce arm, Blinkit, has introduced a returns and exchanges service to its platform, expanding its categories beyond daily groceries. The feature aims to address size anxiety issues for clothing and footwear purchases. Blinkit plans to process returns or exchanges within 10 minutes of initiating a request. The company has been testing the feature in Delhi-NCR and has now expanded it to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, with plans for further expansion. Competitors in the quick commerce sector, such as Zepto, have also implemented similar return and exchange features.
