Google Chrome users are warned of critical vulnerabilities that could give hackers full control over their devices. The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) identified several security flaws that could lead to data theft, malicious software installation, or attacks on other systems. The vulnerabilities affect Chrome versions before 125.0.6422.76/.77 on Windows and Mac, and before 125.0.6422.76 on Linux. Google has issued patches, and users are strongly advised to update their browsers to protect against potential attacks. Additional measures include enabling automatic updates, using security extensions, and being cautious with unknown links and downloads.
