Meanwhile, the construction and fit-out projects segment generated Rs 69.45 crore. Other income added Rs 26.11 crore, taking the total income for the quarter to Rs 393 crore. Depreciation cost was Rs 95 crore, finance costs rose to Rs 47 crore, and employee benefit expenses declined to Rs 33 crore. Overall expenses increased 31% year-on-year to Rs 376.64 crore in Q2 FY26. The firmโ€™s net profit declined nearly 60% year-on-year to Rs 16 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 38.6 crore in Q2 FY25. Awfisโ€™ stock surged nearly 5% to close at Rs 637.1, with a market capitalization of Rs 4,555.84 crore at the end of the trading session.

A 48% rise in operating revenue drove the companyโ€™s profit up by 95% to Rs 14.27 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 7.3 crore in Q2 FY25. On a unit level, the firm spent Re 0.97 to earn one rupee of revenue during the quarter. On a half-yearly basis, Yatraโ€™s operating revenue surged 66% year-on-year to Rs 560.6 crore while the firmโ€™s profits nearly tripled to Rs 30.27 crore during the same period. Following its strong financial results, Yatraโ€™s stock surged 15% to close at Rs 167, taking the companyโ€™s market capitalization to Rs 2,602.77 crore at the end of todayโ€™s trading session.

Meanwhile, revenue from 99acres reached Rs 115 crore. The company added another Rs 162 crore from interest on deposits and investment which pushed its overall revenue to Rs 967 crore in Q2 FY26. On a half-yearly basis, Info Edgeโ€™s operating revenue rose 16% to Rs 1,596 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 1,377 crore in H1 FY25. On the expense side, Info Edge spent 60% of its overall expenditure on employee benefits, which increased 11% year-on-year to Rs 340 crore in Q2 FY26. Its advertising and internet costs stood at Rs 108 crore and 22 crore, respectively. The companyโ€™s overall cost grew 14% YoY to Rs 563 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 492 crore in Q2 FY25. Info Edgeโ€™s profit spiked by 4X to Rs 347 crore in Q2 FY26 mainly due to Rs 320 crore deferred tax deducted in the same period last year which resulted in the profit to be Rs 85 crore in Q2 FY25. For the six months ended September 2025, the companyโ€™s profit doubled to Rs 690 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 343 crore in H1 FY25. Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of personal care brand MamaEarth, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q2 FY26). The Gurugram-based company reported a 16.5% growth in scale, while it posted a profit of Rs 39 crore in the same quarter. MamaEarthโ€™s revenue from operations increased to Rs 538 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 462 crore in Q2 FY25, its financial statements accessed from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. On a half-yearly basis, MamaEarthโ€™s operating revenue increased 12% to Rs 1,133 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 1,016 crore in H1 FY25. The company has not disclosed its revenue breakdown for the last quarter. It also added Rs 20 crore from non-operating activities which tallied its overall revenue to Rs 558 crore in Q2 FY26. For the D2C brand, the cost of procurement of products accounted for 32% of the overall expenditure. This cost increased by 10% to Rs 159 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 144 crore in Q2 FY25. Employee benefit expense rose 18% to Rs 60 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 51 crore in Q2 FY25. Marketing, legal, rent, and other overheads fell 9% year-on-year which kept the total expenditure flat at Rs 505 crore in Q2 FY26 as compared to Rs 506 crore in Q2 FY25. In the end, the company reported profit after tax of Rs 39 crore in Q2 FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 18.56 crore in Q2 FY25. On a unit basis, the company spent Re 0.94 to earn a Rupee of operating revenue. For the six months ending September 2025, the companyโ€™s profit spiked 3.7X to Rs 80.5 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 21.6 crore in H1 FY25. During the period the company picked up 25% stake in Couch Commerce Private Limited which owns brand โ€œFang Oral Careโ€ for a consideration of up to Rs 10 Crores. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 78 crore and other income sources added Rs 10 crore to the firmโ€™s topline. Since hotels and packages were the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them naturally became the biggest cost center, accounting for 40% of the total expenditure, which amounted to Rs 204 crore in Q2 FY26. Its employee benefits stood at Rs 108 crore in the last quarter. Overall, the total cost was up by 28% to Rs 504 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 394 crore in Q2 FY25. TBO Tek posted a 12% increase in its profits to Rs 67.5 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 60 crore in Q2 FY25. On a half-yearly basis, the companyโ€™s profit increased 8% to Rs 130.5 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 121 crore in H1 FY25. TBO Tekโ€™s stock is trading at Rs 1,497 with a total market capitalization of Rs 16,261 crore. Eternal operates several business units, including a food marketplace, Hyperpure, and a quick commerce platform, BlinkIt. Income from Eternalโ€™s food delivery business (Zomato) contributed 18% of the total revenue in Q2 FY26, growing 23% to Rs 2,485 crore from Rs 2,012 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from the quick commerce segment (Blinkit) saw significant growth, rising 8.5X to Rs 9,891 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,156 crore in Q2 FY25. However, Hyperpure saw a fall of 30.5% to Rs 1023 crore during the second quarter of FY26. Earnings from the 'Going-out' segment and other non-operating income brought the Eternal Groupโ€™s total revenue to Rs 13,942 crore in Q2 FY26. On a half yearly basis, the companyโ€™s revenue grew 2.3X to Rs 20,757 crore in H1 FY26 as compared to Rs 9,005 crore in H1 FY25. The cost of material accounted for 56% of the total expense; this cost grew by 5.8X to Rs 7,742 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,334 crore in Q2 FY25. Delivery and related charges increased by 58% to Rs 2,213 crore in Q2 FY26. Employee benefit cost rose 46% to Rs 865 crore while spending on advertising and marketing almost doubled to Rs 806 crore in Q2 FY26. Overall, the companyโ€™s total expenditure increased by 2.8X to Rs 13,813 crore in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 4,783 crore in Q2 FY25. The 5.8X surge in material cost led the company's profit to fall by 63% to Rs 65 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 176 crore in Q2 FY25. On a per-unit basis, the Gurugram-based company spent Rs 1.02 to earn every rupee of revenue during the quarter ending September 2025. Go Digit experienced rising expenses in Q2 FY26, including commissions and brokerage costs, which amounted to Rs 603 crore. These expenses stood at Rs 573 crore in Q2 FY25. Employee benefits also saw a slight increase, with expenses totaling Rs 91.5 crore in Q2 FY26. These increases contributed to the overall 10% rise in the firm's expenses during the quarter to Rs 2,334 crore. In terms of claims, the company paid out Rs 1,098 crore in claims during Q2 FY26 against Rs 851 crore in Q2 FY25. There was also a change in outstanding claims, decreasing to Rs 426 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to Rs 483 crore in Q1 FY25. The companyโ€™s PAT (Profit after Tax) increased by 30% to Rs 116.5 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 89.5 crore in Q2 FY26. For the half year, the companyโ€™s profit rose 34% to Rs 255 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 191 crore in H1 FY25.
