Alternative investment management firm Arnya RealEstates Fund Advisors has raised โน375 crore in the first close of its debut real estate fund. The Arnya Real Estate Fund - Debt aims to reach a corpus of โน1,000 crore with a green-shoe option of โน1,000 crore. The company plans to offer various real estate investment products, such as debt, rental, and equity investments. The fund will focus on providing growth capital in the form of structured debt to residential projects in India's top eight cities. Arnya is currently in talks with three developers for potential investments.
