ReplyAll, a Bengaluru-based apparel brand focused on all-day clothing, has raised Rs 6.8 crore ($750K) in its first funding round led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with participation from Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC, and several D2C founders including Shantanu Deshpande, Revant Bhate, Ashish Goel, Sangeet Agarwal, Navin Parwal, Nikhil Bhandarkar, and Arjun Vaidya. The proceeds will be used for product development, expansion of the material and design pipeline, and scaling the brand’s presence across markets. ReplyAll intends to develop advanced technical fabrics and adaptive designs targeted at urban consumers seeking versatile clothing. Founded by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll is creating a new category it calls all-day clothing, designed for continuous use across work, movement, travel, and daily activities. The brand’s approach is based on material science, fabric engineering, and functional design aimed at India’s climate and consumer habits. As per market research, India’s apparel market was valued at $59.3 billion in 2024. Functional clothing accounts for $8.89 billion and is growing at 5–6% annually. The brand is launching with an all-day clothing line for men, built using fabrics engineered for breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance, and stretch. The company aims to offer clothing that works across multiple daily contexts and emphasises performance at the fibre level. ReplyAll defines its category as purpose-built apparel designed for continuous use rather than trend-driven fast fashion.

Following the funding round, Cava is valued at Rs 215 crore. The Bengaluru-based startup had earlier secured $1.14 million in a seed funding round from Spring Marketing Capital and others in June 2024. The proceeds will be deployed to accelerate new product development, strengthen brand building, expand omnichannel distribution, and deepen the leadership team, Cava Athleisure said in a press release. Co-founded in 2022 by Ria and Shreya Mittal, Cava Athleisure is a D2C premium, sustainable, and trendy athleisure brand catering to men and women. The company focuses on comfortable, high-quality, and versatile clothing such as leggings, joggers, and tops made using BCI cotton and recycled polyester, targeting young, fitness-conscious consumers. The brand aims to redefine everyday wear through a function-first, design-led approach. Built for the everyday athlete, it designs products with an emphasis on fabric quality, comfort, and India-relevant fits, catering to consumers seeking versatile apparel that transitions seamlessly across fitness, work, and daily life. Cava said it has scaled rapidly and is projected to close FY26 with Rs 40 crore in revenue. The company operates its own production facility, overseeing design, pattern-making, and quality control. The brand primarily targets Gen Z and millennials aged 15–30 who are seeking versatile, stylish, and sustainable loungewear or workout wear.

Arkam Ventures led the round with Rs 25.2 crore (approximately $3 million) followed by Titan Capital, which injected Rs 15 crore. Sparrow Capital and Atrium Angels also joined the round with Rs 1.73 crore and Rs 1 crore investment, respectively. The proceeds from this round will be utilized for capital expenditures, marketing, and general corporate purposes, the filings said. As per Entrackr’s estimates, the Gurugram-based company’s valuation has soared 5.5X to Rs 280 crore or $33 million (post-allotment of Series A round), compared to Rs 50.47 crore at the time of its seed round. Launched in 2022, 91Trucks offers information on new and used trucks, buses, and auto rickshaws—including prices, specs, comparisons, and dealer contacts. As per its website, it also runs five physical stores in Delhi-NCR and Meerut for affordable used vehicle purchases. Startup data platform TheKredible shows Arkam Ventures as the largest external shareholder in the company with a 9% stake, followed by Titan Capital (5.35%) and Sparrow Capital (4.94%). For the fiscal year ending in March 2024, 91Trucks reported Rs 10.11 crore revenue, compared to Rs 3.95 crore in FY23. Looking at the bottom line, its losses stood at less than Rs 1 crore. It’s yet to disclose FY25 numbers.
