An AI-generated content empire Is spreading fake celebrity images on Google

A website called Motion Picture Magazine is using AI-generated content and images to fill the web with fake celebrity photos. The site, which is unrelated to the original magazine, generates nonsensical articles with the help of AI and includes ads, YouTube videos, and affiliate links. The AI-generated images surface prominently in Google search results, misleading users looking for images of celebrities like John David Washington, Bill Skarsgård, and Pedro Pascal. The issue of AI-generated content displacing human-made sources and affecting search engine results is a growing concern. Google stated that using AI to generate content for search engine manipulation violates its spam policy. Loaded Media, the company behind Motion Picture Magazine, is run by actor and producer Donavon Warren.
