Amicco, a B2B marketplace for auto spare parts, has raised $1 million in its seed funding led by Eximius Ventures, with participation from FJ Labs and other investors. The proceeds will be used to expand its network of independent garages, improve its tech platform, and strengthen its go-to-market efforts. Founded in 2024 by Vivek Aalok, Amicco helps garages access spare parts more easily, with better pricing and faster delivery. Vivek, who has previously worked on Wall Street and at Spinny, launched Amicco after seeing first-hand the inefficiencies in the auto aftermarket. Currently active in Gurugram, Amicco plans to scale to more cities across India. Its technology focuses on reducing downtime, improving customer service, and bringing transparency to a highly fragmented industry. Eximius Ventures, the lead investor in this round, is a pre-seed stage venture fund known for backing early-stage startups across fintech, SaaS, healthtech, gaming, and online media. Some of its notable portfolio companies include Jar, STAN, Skydo, and Eka.care.

CuePilot AI raises $1.8 Mn in pre-seed round led by Unilazer Ventures Early childhood education-focused startup CuePilot AI has raised $1.8 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Unilazer Ventures, backed by Ronnie Screwvala, with participation from Eximius Ventures and Titan Capital. The proceeds will be used to strengthen CuePilot’s voice and AI stack, build integrations for new geographies, and expand go-to-market efforts across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and later the US. Founded to address operational inefficiencies in preschools and daycare centres, CuePilot offers a voice-first, AI-native management platform that automates a large share of administrative tasks. The system allows teachers to record short voice debriefs, which are converted into structured academic updates, operational records, and parent-facing communication. The company says this helps educators reduce screen time and focus more on classroom engagement. CuePilot operates as a full-stack platform covering academics, attendance, health logs, billing, admissions, and parent communication. The startup is targeting a segment where data is often fragmented across messaging apps, spreadsheets, and legacy software. CuePilot currently works with over 130 schools across India and Southeast Asia. The firm plans to scale to 1,000 schools globally over the next 12–18 months, with a focus on expansion into the US, where average revenue per school is higher.
