Air India, Vistara merger: Club Vistara to integrate with Flying Returns from Nov 12 | Mint

Air India and Vistara will finalize their merger on November 12, 2024. As part of the integration, Vistara's frequent flyer program, Club Vistara, will be merged with Air India's Flying Returns program. The process has already begun, with flight bookings redirected through Air India's website. Club Vistara members are encouraged to link their accounts with Flying Returns for a smooth transition. The merger aims to provide a wider network and improved services under Air India's ownership by Tata Group. The airline is focusing on updating its fleet and enhancing its offerings, especially in the premium segment.
