Air India, owned by the Tata Group, welcomed its first A320 Neo aircraft with a new brand livery. The plane arrived from the Airbus facility in Toulouse and features a three-class configuration with a total of 164 seats. It is one of the first narrow-body aircraft to introduce a premium economy class. Air India plans to enhance customer experience by offering new, upgraded, and refurbished aircraft. Since its acquisition by the Tata Group, the airline has focused on regaining market share by offering a full-service and luxury experience.
