The AI Alliance, which already includes IIT Bombay as a founding member, provides a platform for collaboration and contribution towards shaping the global AI landscape. The new Indian members bring diverse expertise, spanning technology, agriculture, and AI research, and will contribute to addressing the unique opportunities and challenges of AI in India. The alliance was established in 2023 and emphasizes collaboration in AI software, data, safety, security, hardware, and education.
