Another day, another automation. Today I built Hawk – a chatbot trained on our FAQ knowledge base at GeeksGrow for instant, human-like support. 🧠 What it does: ✅ Answers questions about our services & pricing ✅ Pulls responses directly from our curated FAQ document ✅ Uses memory for context-aware conversations 🚀 No waiting for a human agent. No digging for info. Clients ask, Hawk would answer them instantly. Again it is a partial display, the other nodes on the actual bot have other apps like Google Calendar, Drive, Airtable and few other things for further automation. This is what customer support automation should feel like.
