returning is possible, but if there really is a reason that is , I saw many people ordering and then cancelling just to test out stuff , and the customer support will be always active so if they really faces problems , they just need to share it to the customer care staff and we will accept the return request. I just want it that people don't order and cancel just for their pleasure.. it just makes it hard for new beginners as they face the rto charges , think of it that way instead of punishment thing
