so I have a question, I heard that in many online e commerce buisnesses , the common problem that every person faces is order returns . so can it be resolved if we make a application then sell on it , and there will be this clause that , the customer can't cancel the order until it has reached them and if they do , they still have to pay the delivery charges. And we will have a good customer support team that will be active , if any of the customer wants to return the order , they have to specify the faults in it . I saw many customers ordering stuff and then cancelling without reason just to create problems for merchants . I wanna know if this method would reduce this problem a little or not ? if no then is there any way to reduce this problem

So to solve the returns issue and the losses it causes on ecommerce businesses, you want to create another ecommerce business? And you then punish people basically for returning so they won't return? I think this way no one will buy only.
