You’ll need to work closely with transport authorities like BMTC for permissions, infrastructure setup, and ad revenue sharing. And not to forget that this is a chicjen or egg problem like you need those screens in busses to get advertisers but to then bus folks might ask you to get advertisers first so... How will you manage?

what I think is this is not work easily because of in buses the the low size ticket audience travel most but if you really convert this concept into reality you need to start first digital marketing agency which helps to work with clients these types of client and then you can have the chance to convert those clients to invest in your concept
