OYO’s probably thinking long-term here. With G6’s $1.7B revenue, it looks like a solid bet, but with their reputation in India, they better hope the Americans have a higher tolerance for chaos.

OYO is out here spending $525M while they can’t even honor bookings properly in India. Priorities toh thik hai, but first fix your own house before buying a new one, bro

I don’t think it makes sense expanding into a market where you’ve already failed once. Interesting part is how well they adjust with an Indian styled management. Doesn’t go well, or at least that’s how I envision it.
