it's easy. Anyone can invest. If you are smart enough and your idea is good enough even you can start from Medial also and do a crowd funding nd even if 100 people shows interest then you can take it as a proof to showcase to the investor. But you have to act rather than just think. Because even I am telling so much but have done nothing. so best of luck
