Have you ever try to pitch any HR or Manager regarding this? If not reach out to them and validate your idea/product. Because personally I don't find a need for this coz they are already having a separate solution for this in each organisation.

I've been in talk with HRs and Managers and yeah they have solution for each thing but not in one integrated platform and not like the one we are building. They have training program and provide lms content but we are emphasising more on continuous learning. But will gather more reviews and suggestions. And it sure needs improvement.
