Love the ambition, but be careful about trying to do too much at once. Instead of replacing everything, maybe focus on one aspect first - like interactive textbooks or a better note-taking system. Also, consider the importance of open standards. If schools adopt your system, they shouldn't be locked into your ecosystem forever. Interoperability with other systems could be a major selling point.
