I get the intention to protect local jobs, but 75% quota in non-management roles? That's extreme. We're a tech hub because we attract talent from all over India. This could seriously hurt our competitiveness

Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is right. We need caveats for highly skilled positions. You can't just find 75% of AI engineers or data scientists locally. This bill needs serious reworking if we don't want to kill Bangalore's tech ecosystem
