Handling Charge, Platform Fees and priority fee are they even actually fees ? Are You serious, Platform Fees? Wtf it even means, you provide platform to order food and you are charging it from customers , where you are already taking 20-30% of food. You are supposed to make money Via food. On that note each retail shop should ask you to give money as shop fees because they Also have to maintain their shop , rents , employee, etc. You will say , they also have to make money. This is the stupidest argument ever. If you think so then why don't you just donate them the Money, are you doing philanthropy by giving extra stupid fees ? No. You already are paying 20-30% more when you order online and again you are taking priority fee, handling fee and platform fee. This is Crazy. This is A POV of consumer, as business owners it is superb. I know you'd say " why so offended on just Rs6-8 fees " it's not about money it's about credibility.
