Start investing as an angel investor in the companies you believe are solving problems. Join Rain matter investors, Rang de, sign up on We funder or other platforms. Check their authenticity and credibility. Always remember that ideas are easy and the execution is hard. 16 lac isn't a good amount if you're looking for tech startup. Have your own idea and build your own small team.
