Google brings keyboard shortcuts and custom mouse buttons to ChromeOS

Google has released a ChromeOS update, M123, which introduces new features such as customizable keyboard shortcuts and mouse buttons, as well as enabling hotspot connections on cellular Chromebooks. The update also includes bug fixes and updates for Pixel Watches and Pixel phones. Users can now assign specific actions to specific key combinations and customize mouse buttons in ChromeOS. Additionally, Google has added per-app language preferences for Android apps and improved the natural sound of its offline text-to-speech voices. The update will be rolled out gradually over the coming days. On Pixel Watches, Google has introduced its version of the Apple Watch's Taptic Time feature and improved the auto-brightness setting.
