Delhi HC orders arbitration in Ashneer Grover-BharatPe confidentiality violation case | Mint

The Delhi High Court has appointed an arbitrator to address the dispute between BharatPe and its former managing director, Ashneer Grover. BharatPe had accused Grover of breaching his employment agreement by sharing confidential company information on social media. Both parties agreed to arbitration, but there was a disagreement over the choice of arbitration center, with BharatPe insisting on the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and Grover's counsel proposing the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The court upheld BharatPe's position and appointed an arbitrator. This is the latest development in a series of legal actions between BharatPe and Grover.
