Ummm... nice but... what about the teacher's earnings? Many students are being taught by one teacher so many students can pay small amounts in fees and collectively the teacher/tuition institiute can earn and pay salaries.In your case... what will happen? How much fees will one student need to pay to have exclusive access to one teacher or mulitple teachers?

The idea is good basically giving the freedom for the student to select the teacher he wants to study and etc but this might have various complications. like - teacher acquisition , fund management , time management, schedule of classes and a lot more I see the possibility of what you are trying to build but let me know in what you need help in

In India scarcity of qualified teachers and quality of education provided are the main problems, with this idea you can solve the problem of quality education but the scarcity of teachers make it difficult. Your idea is basically best for home tutoring for those students who want best personal teachers and are able to aford these teachers.
