how do we make our app have the push notification, in React Native expo, Supabase project?

I have a suggestion for the app creators, instead of sending one notification for each like, is it possible to cumulative increasing the like count on the previous notification? Something like what other apps do ? As this is kinda annoying to see so

it's so cool how the app update flow happens just open the app, update using the playstore bottom sheet and then Install the update via a snackbar button SO SUBTLE GREAT UX
