Hi Medial Members, I am writing to present my working project idea Industrial Motor Health Monitoring System Problem Statement: In many manufacturing industries, electric motors are widely used in almost every operation. However, their maintenance cost is significantly high due to unexpected failures, lack of real-time monitoring, and inefficient maintenance practices. Proposed Solution: Our project aims to solve this problem through an IoT-based system that enables: Real-time monitoring of motor parameters (such as temperature, current, voltage, etc.) Predictive maintenance analysis to reduce unexpected breakdowns Speed control of motors Alert notifications when parameters cross safe limits Remote ON/OFF control from anywhere Centralized monitoring system to manage and analyze complete plant data This system will help industries reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency, and ensure better operational control. Funding Requirement: We are seeking funding for research and development of this project. The funds will primarily be used for: Hiring skilled embedded engineers and IoT developers Developing a robust cloud-based system (AWS or similar platforms) Building and testing prototypes Collaboration & Support: I am also looking for interested individuals from the embedded systems field and professionals who can assist in funding, technical development, and business growth. Production will begin after successful development and validation of the product. I believe this project has strong potential to bring significant improvements in industrial automation and maintenance systems. Hi, as personal project it works fine but in industrial use case, it doesn't bring much difference which I feel. What made you think, that industries doesn't have monitoring system to check it's running temperatures, voltage, current, etc. They'll have strict voltage spike detectors. It's not only this, they'll a automation already setup on this to save the inventory.
