My Experience with AVN (Avascular Necrosis) Treatment in India – Why I Chose SVF Therapy: I’m sharing my experience in case it helps someone researching AVN. I’m in my early 30s and was diagnosed with Stage 2 AVN. My orthopedic doctor initially suggested core decompression, which is a common treatment for early stages because it reduces pressure in the femoral head and improves blood flow. Before making a decision, I spent a lot of time researching other options as well. During that time, I learned about different regenerative approaches, including: - SVF therapy (stromal vascular fraction from fat tissue) - Bone marrow stem cell therapy - Other stem cell–based treatments I also spoke with a doctor/representative to understand how these approaches work and discussed everything with my parents and a few close friends before deciding what direction to take. What stood out about SVF therapy was that fat tissue contains a higher concentration of regenerative cells, including cells that help with new blood vessel formation. Since AVN mainly occurs due to loss of blood supply to the bone, this approach made sense to me. During my research, I also came across HIPXPERT’s Sahaj Therapy, which is based on the SVF approach for AVN. After considering everything, I decided to move forward with SVF therapy. Personally, I feel good about that decision. My pain reduced significantly and my hip movement improved, and the condition has not progressed the way I initially feared. Every AVN case is different, so proper medical advice is important. I’m just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else exploring AVN treatment options in India.
