Here's something that would have been impossible two years ago. I built a fully responsive, professional website, the kind agencies charge $1,000 for a completely for free using Claude and Claude Code. The workflow is simpler than you'd expect: Go to Dribbble, find a design direction that fits your brand, and take a screenshot. Upload it to Claude and ask for complete brand guidelines, fonts, colours, spacing, components. Claude becomes your designer in under a minute. Then install Claude Code and connect it to Ollama instead of Claude's native API. This is the move that keeps everything free. I used Kimi-K2 as my LLM but any model works. Open VSCode, launch Claude Code inside it, and give it a structured prompt: act as a Senior Front-End Developer, follow the brand guidelines, build a fully responsive production-ready site with clean code. The output is genuinely impressive. Then you just deploy locally, test responsiveness, and refine. The interesting shift here isn't just that AI can write code but it's that the entire product pipeline from design direction to deployed website now fits inside a single afternoon, solo, for free. For founders validating ideas, creators building personal brands, or anyone who has been putting off building a website because of cost or complexity but this workflow removes both barriers entirely.
