Last night I had a funny realization. A monk and a demon were sitting together. The monk was calm. The demon had glowing red eyes and a scary smile. But then I understood something… The demon wasn’t outside. It was inside. It looked like: “Just 5 more minutes.” “One more reel.” “I’ll start tomorrow.” “Let me check notifications once.” Sound familiar? 😄 We keep blaming social media, algorithms, AI, distractions… But the real villain is an uncontrolled mind. The same mind that can build a startup… Can also scroll for 3 hours without purpose. The same brain that can clear exams… Can also waste peak energy on random dopamine hits. As founder of ScrollKurai, I don’t believe your phone is your enemy. Your untrained attention is. If you can’t control your mind, your mind will rent you to distractions. If you train it, it will build your future. So here’s a logical question: If you don’t control your 6–7 hours daily screen time… Who is actually running your life? choose it wisely 😉
