It's a great idea and good profitable business. Look at Yulu, Volt or any such ev rental companies. There's a huge American startup which does that. However, the issue is that it's mostly the delivery boys and all who use this instead of actual public. Still, you can target them by installing the stations at popular spots and metro stands.
