I would build my mvp asap using ai and go to networking events and reddit to collect feedback based on the demo version. Then based on it, i would call and talk more about the idea with a friend of mine and figure out if he's interested in working with me. Also I'll contact few other friends or cold dm on social media to find necessary employees (I needed a tech team) and will start building the actual v1 of the product. While that's goin on, I'll keep my waitlist website running and keep marketing my product online. Once the v1 is ready, I'll invite all the early testers and waitlist signups to try our app and collect feedback. I'll obviously keep on improving our app based on it and would market via Reddit and Insta and offline events.
