Why colleges don’t teach you how to build a product Colleges were never designed to create builders. ❌They were designed to create employees. ❌The education system rewards certainty, not curiosity. ❌ Marks matter more than solving real problems. ❌Fixed syllabi matter more than customer pain. But building a product is chaotic. It requires: • Experimentation • Talking to real users • Market feedback • Fast failure None of this fits into a 3-hour exam. Most professors master theory, not execution. Startups demand uncomfortable questions, raw data, and constant iteration. That kind of learning can’t be standardized or controlled. So institutions avoid it. Product building also challenges authority. It moves faster than bureaucracy and questions outdated models. That’s risky for systems built on stability. That’s why real product education happens outside classrooms. By building.✅ By failing.✅ By learning in public.✅

The Question Most Hypreneurs Avoid: ❌ What are you building? ✅ What problem are you solving? Building a product doesn’t make you an entrepreneur. Solving a real problem does. Focus on making someone’s life easier — that’s real innovation.
