As an early-stage entrepreneur, I constantly look for lessons on building great products and companies. Podcasts, essays, and long YouTube conversations have been part of that journey. One insight that has really stayed with me — echoed by Sam Altman and YC General Partner Ankit Gupta — is this: early products aren’t built for everyone; they’re built with a small group of users who need them desperately. These users shape the product into something the masses eventually adopt. I’ve personally experienced this from the other side. I was an early user of Medial and Filo — long before Medial appeared on Shark Tank India, Niket Raj Dwivedi knows and when Filo was still just a camera button with a white background to find a tutor, even before sessions started getting recorded. Watching these products evolve reinforced how powerful early users can be. With that in mind, I’m reaching out to the Medial community to give your feedback and help us in shaping Prodite.
