Yesterday hit harder than I expected. New city. New environment. My body just gave up on me. I missed a few important calls. And in the early days, that feels heavy. Because you can’t help but think what if that one call could’ve changed something important? I’ve been sitting with that thought. Feeling the guilt of not showing up and at the same time knowing I didn’t have it in me to push through. I don’t know yet whether to call it a loss or a quiet win for choosing health over depletion. Maybe it’s both. All I know is I’m here today. Still building @venturelync
