Hey guys, this is Rohit. I’m honestly exhausted after watching endless videos and multiple CA meetings. I’m planning to start a dropshipping business with a product I’m importing from Alibaba. First, I ordered a sample, checked the quality, and everything looks good. Now I’ve reached the documentation stage and this is where things are getting confusing. Some CAs are suggesting a partnership, while everything I’ve learned from YouTube made me lean towards an LLP. yesterday I meeting another CA, but honestly, I’m already overwhelmed. Taxes, obligations, compliance sab kuch itna ghuma diya hai ki clarity hi nahi mil rahi. So I really need help from you guys. If anyone here is already importing products from Alibaba or has experience starting a dropshipping business in India, your guidance would mean a lot. Even small advice can help me avoid mistakes.
