DSA Day 1: What problem-solving really means (before writing any code) Before jumping into arrays, stacks, or LeetCode, let’s clear one thing. DSA is not about memorizing solutions. It’s about learning how to think. When you see a problem, always ask: 1. What is the input? 2. What is the expected output? 3. What is the simplest way to solve it? 4. Can I break it into smaller steps? 5. Where can this logic fail? If you can explain a solution in plain English, coding becomes easy. Task for today: Take any simple problem and write the solution in steps (no code).
