Initial phase me backend aur data architecture properly plan nahi ki, mock data ke saath hi development hota gaya. Project grow hote-hote UI aur features kaafi expand ho gaye. Beech me offline-first architecture pe shift hua, aur us process me purana backend + mock data completely remove ho gaya. Ab current situation ye hai: UI pura bana hua hai Screens aur features defined hain Lekin backend, data flow aur inter-module interconnection logic clearly defined / documented nahi hai
