Building a life-saving product means the real test begins after the applause. A few tough (but necessary) questions I’d love to see you answer as this evolves: • How does the helmet’s structure and electronics survive the impact itself? • What happens if sensors or the AI module are damaged during the accident? • How do you ensure false positives don’t trigger SOS, and real crashes never miss? • How does the system behave in low-network or no-GPS environments? • What’s the plan for maintenance, calibration, and real-world wear-and-tear? • How will this scale across different helmet designs without compromising safety?
