Exposure Work Is Not Always Opportunity Early in career, exposure work feels tempting. “Good brand hai” “Future me kaam milega” “Network badhega” Sometimes it works. Most times, it doesn’t. I’ve learned to trust my gut. If something feels unclear, unpaid, and directionless — it usually stays that way. Exposure without clarity is just free labour. I think working with a startup and doing a work as an intern there is thousand time better than doing any course on a random website. You could do unpaid internships just for experience. ITS MUCH BETTER and yeah ask them for certificate. Benifits-
