that last 10% part is the most difficult phase. I have the same problem now and i too don't know how to pass this phase. I'm trying like this. I wrote all the tasks I need to do, to complete the project / app. I got list of 23 issues after writing. I'm completing them one by one. right now I have 10 left. This is also a tough process, but I see some progress and feel like it's coming to an end. try if it works for you.
