Day 3 of building Agency1.0. Yesterday I emailed 5 colleges around Bangalore… and I didn’t receive a single reply. Honestly, I expected this. Cold outreach rarely works on the first attempt. And that’s completely fine. What matters is not the outcome — it’s the consistency of the effort. So today, instead of slowing down, I’m scaling up. I’m sending outreach emails to 100 colleges. The goal isn’t to get all of them as clients. The goal is to understand: • who has problems • who is willing to talk • who needs automation • who needs marketing support • who needs a better student funnel Some days in entrepreneurship look like this — quiet, no replies, no validation. But these are also the days where the foundation gets built. Day 3 → 100 emails. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.
