Hey everyone, I’ve been building my startup Nekko.in, where we create premium desk mats and mousepads with top-notch quality, finishing, and designs. The feedback from people who use them has been amazing. But despite having a product I truly believe in, I’m stuck. I’m finding it difficult to grow the brand, reach more customers, and build consistent traction. I’ve put everything into making the product premium — but I’m still not able to scale it the way I hoped. So I’m reaching out openly: What do you think I should focus on? How do you grow a product-based startup when the quality is already there, but the audience isn’t reaching? Any advice, strategies, or experiences would mean a lot. You have a great design actually covering all young and mostly super good 1,try to cover new trends like if some web series or new characters trend up print asap and brand it using Instagram edits meta ads if you can spend mostly cover 20-30 age learn their mind like what they like to be printed on their mats 2,try to print their own picture some might think why I need to buy some character mats for this much instead I get cheaper just some if you have a option of printing their own picture they might pay actually more if that’s good. 3, try to get companies contract like some companies give free gifts on some vacation go brand them and actually if they accept then that’s the bulk order. 4, try to personal connect like giving them the stickers like the characters you print on mats with your brand name. Try it if this is really usefull

i would say start thinking like a customer who wants to buy a mouse pad or mat its no doubt that they would want a high quality mat but I would say I would also prefer a mat with short cuts for python ms excel ms office etc or i would also love if someone offered a customizable mat or mouse pad
