This role is execution‑focused, learning‑heavy, and impact‑driven. 🔧 Your Skill Profile (Expected) Strong in Frontend (React / Next.js / HTML / CSS / JS) Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and basic backend concepts Familiar with Git & basic deployment workflows Willing to learn and ship fast --- 🎯 What You’ll Be Working On ✅ Frontend (Primary – 70%) Building clean, responsive UI screens Implementing designs from Figma Connecting frontend to APIs Improving UX, performance, and consistency Fixing UI bugs and edge cases ✅ Backend (Secondary – 30%) Integrating existing APIs Writing small API endpoints if needed Handling simple data flows Understanding auth, roles, and basic DB interactions (No deep backend architecture expected) --- 🧠 How We Expect You to Work Think like a product builder, not just a coder Ask questions early — don’t stay stuck Push clean, readable code Ship small changes frequently Take ownership of assigned modules --- 📋 First Week Tasks (Sample) 1. Set up project locally 2. Understand folder structure & APIs 3. Build 1–2 frontend screens 4. Connect screens to mock/real APIs 5. Push PRs and take feedback --- ✅ Definition of “Good Work” UI matches design closely Code is readable and modular Components are reusable API integration works without hacks You explain what you built clearly --- 🚀 Growth Opportunity If you perform well: You’ll get ownership of features Gradual exposure to backend + system design
