UX without users is ... • 1d

I saw a step counter at the Bangalore airport, a cute puppet figure walking on the display board showing the departure route with the estimated time. Unfortunately, I could not take any photos as it did not cross my mind. But it was a nice experience created for travellers to help them think about how much time it would take to reach a particular gate. It is a great example of good UX, ecosystem thinking, and service design coming together to guide travellers seamlessly, focusing on human-centred design and positively influencing extrinsic behaviour and the worry associated with navigating the airport.

Avoid individuals driven solely by money, even if they're friends. Money should never be the main motivation; it should come from contributing positively to society.
